Privatization of a State-Owned company through Iran Farabourse Exchange

Iranian privatization Organization is about to list shares of a state-owned company in line with privatization policy of state hold companies and factories pursued by the government.

These shares would be traded in Iran Farabourse Co. – Iranian Over the Counter exchange – and majorly belong to Omran-e-Behshahr and Teklar construction companies which used to be governmental businesses.

Estimated worthiness of those shares are said to be more than two Billion IRR for each single share. According to announced purchased regulations, the would-be buyers ought to pay near 35 Billion IRR in advance just in order to be eligible for taking part in the relevant auction required for trading of the shares.
