The Approval Relating to
the Minimum Capital
of Investment Companies and the Holding Companies

Paragraph (2) approved by the Board of Directors on May 5, 2007

2- The minimum capital of Investment Companies and the Holding Companies is determined as follows:

A) Investment Companies:

- The minimum capital of Investment Companies (Private Joint-Stock)–– five billion rials

- The minimum capital of Investment Companies (Public Joint-Stock) ––fifty billion rials

B) Holding Companies:

- The minimum capital of Holding Companies (Private Joint-Stock)–– fifty billion rials

- The minimum capital of Holding Companies (Public Joint-Stock) –– one hundred billion rials
